In progress Google can't fetch Sitemap

I got an error message in Google Webmasters saying that Google can't fetch my sitemap because robots.txt is blocking access.

I checked the robots.txt file (http://comprarseguidores.forumotion.com/robots.txt) and I see this:

User-agent: Mediapartners-Google
Disallow:

User-agent: Mediapartners-Google*
Disallow:

Why is the robots.txt file in Forumotion blocking access to the Google bot? And how do I remove those lines?

Currently it is not possible to edit the Robot.txt file on any Forumotion site. I do apologize about that!

Hello,

Have you made any changes to your site recently? While it is possible to block bots from accessing your site using meta tags, this would have to be done manually by you or admin in the admin panel. Forumotion does not block search engine bots from browsing your forum by default.

Did you submit your forum's sitemap?  If yes, did you add the meta tags that Google gave you?

Google map in the who's online section not showing up properly. It says, "This page can't load Google Maps correctly."

You are mistaken in your interpretation of the directives in the robots.txt file. The example cited shows that no page is blocked at the bot Mediapartners-Google that corresponds to Adsense (so no link with the search engine). And you can't edit this file because it's the same on all Forumotion forums.

Can you share a screenshot of the error message you have on Google Search Console please? Google can't fetch Sitemap 1f609
