Description of problem

Hi there!
I just spent the money on credits to change from Monthly to Yearly on my forum package, but there is no button to confirm my changes on the admin's site. I've tried on mobile, Chrome and Firefox. When I click the "Yearly" button, the UI slides over, but there is nothing confirming my choice. I'm not sure if I'm even on the correct page for this.
