Trouble signing in

I and my members are having issues signing in this is the message we are receiving when we try to sign on either on a computer or a smartphone device.

I did set up and it shows that the SSL is setup I think that is what it is called. Can you please help we cannot get in.

i can generate your issue using Chrome / laptop i see the same message

You can go to Advanced and there should be an option there to access your website.

The problem mostly likely is your ssl certificate, which either expired, or is not recognized by the browser.

I am using Firefox on a PC, and your forum loads fine for me.

I can also see the forum on firefox on PC, but not on mobile chrome.

So I do have the SSL in working order screenshot below. Is there a way to fix the issue if I go to the Advance setting and get into the site that way it seems to work now but still have the Not Secure text on top I am concerned this will drive people away.

Looks like everything is up to date but there is still the same issue. I hate to be a pain but is there anything that can be done by me or Forumotion to fix this issue with Chrome. I will let others know that they can use Foxfire but I know most will not want to change.

Yes I just checked and the clock and date are correct.
