Support forum missing images

Hello Support Team

Do new members have to post an appointed amount of posts before they can see images within this forum posts, or do I have to setup my Pofile in some way for this to happen, I had forgot how to place my "Banner" on my own forum and looked inside the Frequently Asked Questions > How to install a Banner/Logo but when I reached this point in the advice "And finally you enter the link of your image as shown below:" the image is not showing, I did use my knowledge of writing scripts to retrive the image "t35093-how-to-install-a-banner-logo" and completed my task, but if its a bug or rule applied to the forum for new members it might be best for the image to be broken so new members can copy and paste the image for help process.

Update: Image appears for about 5 seconds and than disappears.

The image code works great on my own forum, it's this forum the img code is only allowing me about 5 seconds if I'm quick at strolling down to the said post before vanishing.

if you are talking about forumotion banner yes this is due to our navigation bar effect

I've found out the problem, imgfast.net is running slow on my computer so I have to wait (waiting on imgfast.net) about 30 seconds before the images appear proper.
