Disney Icon/Mascott

I'm looking for an icon/mascott for my forum.
I'd like it to be a world, wearing mickey ears (ears kinda tilted towards the left is possible)
Also, If you could add effects so it looks like magic is all around it, that would be cool too.
I need it transparent is possible.

Also, do you think you could add the text "Diz" on the left and "Fans" on the right?
In blue text please (like regular blue, not too dark, not too light)
I don't have a specific font, anyone that looks cool.
