Buying a domain with only one month advanced package

Description of problem

Hello!
I just want to extend my top level domain. I don't need anything else (ads, memory, ..). So my question is: Can I just buy 1 moth of the advanced package and buy the domain for an additional year or do I need to buy the advanced package for an additional year?

You will need to continue to pay monthly if you want the domain name for a full year.

You will have to buy a packages for one year or the domain name will run out when your package runs our.

you can do this with a one off yearly payment or you can pay monthly by Paypal

Remember if you pay for the one off payment you will have to pay every year at the same time each year.

Thanks for the answer but that is really not good. Why do I have to pay for the domain if it will expire in the very moment I don't pay for the package...

Exactly it does not expire, (monthly payments) but will stop working since you do not have an advanced or a premium package.

Domain names are for a full year, but you have to have a package that is not free.

What does that mean though? What happens when I buy the domain for a year but the package only for one month (in order to buy the domain). When the month is over and I want to access the top level domain.. will it .. redirect to the forum or just show a blank page?

//EDIT: Or is there a way how I can get the domain? For example getting login detail for godaddy?

It means when the month is up, your forum will go back to the original link. The domain name will stop working.

To use a domain name {full year), you have to have an advanced or a premium package activated.

When you pay a monthly payment, it is through PayPal and is automatically done each month until you cancel it.
