When I got on my forum today via Google chrome I find this happened.  i mean what the heck Forumotion fix this visual error
Fixed to attach file of proof instead of Image code
Incase you don't need attachment
Something is up with

Index packing
Choose the level of packing you want for the index :
- None : Displays all levels,
- Medium : Displays the first level + one sub-level,

As by admin cp on chrome

Mind you this on a high end device

It shows the same thing on Wii U console to then just on my tablet Google chrome

Ok this is weird it's only happing to my site only no other Forumotion. Did I do something wrong I mean what the heck Forumotion. I got no report emails nothing an I see my site missing structure to topics. This is alittle unfair that my site gets effected by this an no we're else.

Not sure if I am in the right section.
Starting this morning, all widgets have disappeared from the forum. https://nortexsimracing.forumotion.com/
I noticed in the admin panel that widgets were turned off. I put it back to display widgets (yes).
Then it shows the widgets as long as I am connected. Next time around they're all gone and the display forum widgets has reverted to (no)
Sometimes also, the widgets also override randomly the forum page. Forum version is phpBB2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The widgets are still there it's the permission view on who can view them on home page or Portals if you have it on yes then you can see them it's just viewing premission

So the issue is that there should be a background color/image covering the section of topics?

Me ether I am just as confused as you are on this issue @SLGray. I have no idea I there anything I can do? I do have access to my admin cp still. I checked everything it should be working fine. I have no idea what Forumotion did to make my site wack? I removed all portal navigation url links all javescript codes.

I see nothing wrong it's wack @SLGray i now believe Forumotion did something without my consent or knowledge to mess sn screw with me.

 Also noticed widgets are interfering they would normally be widget left forum center an widget right something probably in that is messing up Forumotion forums like mine is but you asked what it should look like I shared.

Update it fixed but the left widgets are missing on my forum this is almost solved. I have no idea what happened but I will keep my eye out on widget fixes not yet solved half solved

It's not that. Like mentioned above, the display widgets in the admin panel keeps on going to the "NO" option instead of staying on display widgets "YES"

Oh I noticed on my site the widgets were messing it up. But that is odd normally widgets should stay On if you saved the option in admin cp. So far it seems widgets are having a issue give it time. Column 3 of widgets are not showing only column 1 as I seeing right now on my site.
I have my widgets on yes they working just column 3 the Right side after forum are not working currently on Google chrome tablets or PC at the moment

Actually what is happening now is the two widgets columns disappear when you are not logged in. All widget permissions are on.

I'm having the same issues on my forum but intermittently, looks like the images are not loading or something.

Are you seeing forum screen as a guest? or Admin?

My portal keeps disappearing.
I go to admn page > modules > portal management
And this is what I see:
When I click to install it, the portal has gone back to default structure and I have to build the portal  over again.
Then the portal disappears again -
I go back to admn page > modules > portal management and I get the same "portal is not installed" window, and i have to try again. Over and Over. I tried with different browsers, same thing happens.
Whats going on?

I had this happen to in my site no idea Forumotion screwed up something to force portal remove

The topic got fixed but now a new issue to this widget are not appearing on column 3 even if you allow all premission to see it. I hate to say but Forumotion screwed up somewhere that forced portal reset of all portals to reinstall it over. You can see column 1 as normal its just issues with portal an widget column 3 on right side. An yes the topic issue of widget are not saved automatically go back to No.

Note this on a tablet side of things so it's high up there counts as a major thing as a device an it probably mirrors on counsel Wii u as it's a internet browser source because 3ds updates online fictions for browsing on a mobile handle

OK, there are a lot more issues with my site now  ...
I cannot delete widgets I created - the garbage can does not work:

It hovers over the can but does not delete it.
Also
I can get the portal to show by clicking "display forum widgets" in the FORUM widgets management link:

But when I do, then the portal will show, but I cannot access the discussion forum - the forum URL just links to the portal.
So before, I could not get to the portal, now I can't get to the forum. Huh?
What is going on here?

On my tablet I noticed it went off or loged off to. On pc or laptop you can move were you want with a drag, but on tablet your limited to left an right only section available to select to place no other column selection appear.

Something is automatically forcing it to I sense it

Tablet column 1 an 3 appear as selection no other selection for top or bottom on tablet are available because you can't drag it
Pc an laptop probably work normally by drag
Consoles like Wii u or 3ds you can drag like pc or laptop. I know consoles like nothing

Same here, among many other things suddenly screwing up on my site.
Maybe I'll wait a few days and see if this somehow gets resolved.

It worked when I tab or you click the x icon on my tablet it just odd right now. You should still be able to manually delete it with x

The X icon works I double checked on my tablet the widget gets deleted if you do it that way

Confirmed it also goes to no while even online or log on your forum to wow really Forumotion fix this issue it's annoying now for probably now all Forumotion sites

Yes, but I dont want to delete the ones in my portal structure, but I have many outdated ones I created that are stored in the group of personal widgets. There is a garbage can above them all, it used to be you just dragged them there to delete, but its not working now. I cant delete them.  And there is no X on them. The Xs are on the widgets in the portal structure, it just deletes them from the structure - they still remain in the group of personal widgets.

You also can deleted them by using the menus below the place where you place widgets.

There is no need to upload images as attachments.  You can use the host an image button in the editor.
