I had to Reregister

I am not new but this is where my problem began:

Hi,
This is GrayceeJewel1 and to get in here I had to reregister as GrayceeJewel & get a new password. I have also changed my email, as I was hacked..
It is now Removed

I AM still Founder of Bratz & Friendz and don't know why this has happened. I have been unable to see any new members to my Group in over 6 months...Is this the reason I don't exist? I am totally confused.

Can I get my GrayceeJewel 1 restored to me  or do I have to keep the GrayceeJewel? I don't want to make another mistake.

I am confused.  What exactly is the issue:  forum dopes not exist or can not login?

I think I was looking for the most voted Groups when I found this when I went into the B's..I'm sorry, I have had a chotic time trying to figure out why I don't have any ppl trying to join my site. I went into your Forum Club also.

So you created another account here since you could not login?  You are not allowed to have more than one account on the support forum.

Send me in a PM the email address you used to create the forum you say does not exist.

I'm sorry..I couldn't get in here otherwise as when I tried to get in,
it said my username was already in use & I couldn't remember my password & had to make another.

I only know the link to it & that was what said it didn't exist. I have never had to email the Group thru a Bratz email.

Yes, the problem is that I am not sure I have Promoted the Group properly...can you check if I have done it right in Bratz for me?
I thought I had, but I see Guests come in sparingly, but no one applies..I just find that strange..
Do you think I promoted it wrong or not enough for them to be able to see the Forum properly? I just want Guests to be able to see the main page, but not write on anything..

For Security sake..Do you have any other suggestions?

Your categories ( most of them) are closed to guests
So check again your category settings one by one from admin panel

no they cant see all the pages , you can check yourself if you like just visit your forum as a guest and check the categories or see each category permissions from the admin panel

Awardmaster@1award.co.uk It is here & where the Groups vote to get Awards for so many votes they get a different trophy.It is like an incentive.

The reason I wrote this to you in the first place was this must have originated on their site and when I went to their site and hit the letter"B" to see if Bratz was there, that's when i got that my Group doesn't exist on Forumotion, as it is spelled wrong and I don't know what my proper email address is for my Group either. Can you give it to me, so i can correct it on their site also. Is it:

Those awards are related to the age of the forum, the forum;s activity, etc. You are referring to the directory, correct?

I am on Google & Bing, I think...I see that sometimes under where the members are listed, but no bites there..
I went on Twitter and after signing in from forever ago, I got kinda nervous to put my Groups info out there cuz my followers are totally people interested in the TV program Outlander. I have over 1300 followers, so I didn't do it..
I'll have to think more about that venue.. The same I guess with FB...I guess I'll just have to stay a small Group..LOL
