How do i promote a mod to admin

Hi
Im not sure if this is the right place to post this if it isnt i apologise. Can you tell me how to promote a mod to admin pls... Ive recently promoted a mod to admin but she has no moderation tools showing... I have promoted two other mods to admin in the past and had no problems but this was a while ago and im not sure if ive done it correctly. I was just hoping you could give me the instructions again as i cannot find an article to show me how to do it again.. Thank you . My forum is http://pspplayroom.forumotion.co.uk/

Hello

Go to the members profile in the admin panel scroll down and give the rank title you want
Then go to group’s administration and add the member also to the group
