Global Announcements Missing

I have noticed that while in moderator mode, of my forum, the Global Announcement no longer exists. I have the options to delete, sticky, move, and a specifice forum announcement, but not a Global announcement.

I'm just wondering why the Global option disappeared?

your forum is closed to guests so i cant really see the issue

do you have a button for global? maybe the button image is broken

The image is showing at the bottom of the page with all the other topic icons. I've checked the settings and can't find any options to turn Global off or on. I've checked the forums and the global option is ticked for administrators.

As far as buttons for inside the topic where the other white mod buttons show, I don't know where they're pulling from unless they're there by default. I can't find them under Display features in AP.

Could there be a line in the CSS Style Sheet that is not working correctly?

Yes, the image is what I see when I click on Moderate this Forum.

I was going to make a Global Announcement and the option to make the global announcement is missing from the list of the moderator tools.

so you just click new topic and you dont see the option?

No, I have tried clicking New Topic and don't see the option. I read about other issues similar to what I'm having, so I've tried all I know to try to get to the global announcement. I thought it would show with the other moderator options that I posted in the picture.

Update: I have found the option.

Yes it is.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was looking in the wrong place for Global. I found it and I thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction. Thank you.
