Hello, how can I change the adress of my forum if SSL shows as active?

All starts today, I noticed that my forum http://JASMINOLYA.FORUMIA.NET does not work. The text on a screen was:"THE FORUM JASMINOLYA.FORUMIA.NET DOESN'T EXIST
Verify the internet address you typed : jasminolya.forumia.net,
and try again if there is a mistake.
It is possible that the administrator has chosen to delete it."

After that I asked for a help here and skouliki found my forum at new address http://jasminolya-2-2-2-2-2.forumia.net/

I want to make an address normal without -2-2-2-2-2, but can not do it because of active SSL sertificate. Could you help me please? What should I do?

Thank you, I already read it before write here. I have no need to change the main domain, I just want the address was jasminolya.forumia.net (without any 2-2-2...). It is small privat forum for little amount of people

Hello,

I just tested it on my test forum and it let me change the url despite the ssl certificate. I wonder if it's not allowing it because your not using .forumotion.com.

you can see on my screenshots it is not allowed for me unfortunately

If you install the certificate, you can not change the forum''s link.

Try This: Deactivate the certificate and change the forum's URL. Then activate the certificate again.

Hello to change your address you will need to turn off your HTTPS address to do this do the following

please do the following

phpBB2 - How can I change the address of the forum if SSL is active and do not allow to make changes Untitl18

Click the HTTP setting them save.

once you have done that it will take about 24 to 48hrs for the HTTPS address to leave your address. (It may take longer)

once your address has not been linked to the HTTPS address then you can change the address.

if this has not worked by Wednesday Please post back and let us know and we will make a ticket.

Hello,

Switching the forum protocol from HTTPS to HTTP does not cancel the installation of the forum SSL certificate!

Therefore, even if you switch the forum to HTTP you will not be able to change its base url.

So I put back your forum to the requested url. It is currently accessible at https://jasminolya.forumia.net

Guys, it is NOT duble post. Me and Palvinka are DIFFERENT persons with DIFFERENT forums. But with the SAME problem. My forum is here now https://jasminolya-2-2.forumia.net/ I wanted to back it's address to its FIRST variant https://jasminolya.forumia.net (as it was earlier)

I found your forum. But we had to move it to the forumotion.com domain in order to be able to access it because the old domain will be depreciated.
