Solved Forum shutdown

Good day! I'm sorry to ask so many questions, I read somewhere that I have to base each problem separately. The question is whether it can be weaned for a few days. I mean, when someone comes to the forum, they only see, for example: Work is going on on the forum. Is something like this possible?
