Trying to renew site made an error.
Hello I am from Clooneyaficionados.org.
A couple of days ago I tried to renew my site and I spent my credits thinking it was the right area. I was trying to just do the yearly renew. I had 3000 credits and I have put them in the wrong area. We do this each year but this year was my first time. Can you transfer them across so my site can be online please?

Re: Trying to renew site made an error.
We normally just renew the domain name and keep the usual package. The package isn't what I wanted I only wanted to renew the domain name. Can you transfer the credits back so I can use them for the renewal?? It's the first year I have done this and didn't want or need to buy a package. If you look the last 6 years we renew the domain each year we don't buy any packages. It was my error. If you can transfer the credits back we do not want the package??

Re: Trying to renew site made an error.
Hello,
If you do not want the package, you won't renew the domain because now it's necessary to have an advanced or premium package in order to buy or renew the domain name
