Problem with advance package
I'm having this problem again. Site says I am using the free version of forumotion. My credit card was charged a week or so ago. I paid for the advance package with ads removed for members. This is on auto renew each month..

Re: Problem with advance package
Hello,
The "Advanced" package is well renewed on your forum now but you didn't remove the ads for members with the last renews. The option to disable ads is not active with your current package:
I saw you paid for " Disabling ads for members and guests" in October 2019 but it was not the case the last months (you can access Panel Administration > Misc > Credits management > History).
So you have to renew the "Ads" option in "Spend credits":
Please, let me know if you have questions.

Re: Problem with advance package
If the ads removal is not included with the advance package, Why have I been charged for that? This same problem happened back in Nov 2019 causing me to pay extra for a month for ad free. I'm pretty sure I had the check box marked for ad free within the advanced package. I just paid 300 credits for ad free again today.
Re: Problem with advance package
Well, were there ads after November until now?

Re: Problem with advance package
No there were not ads after November. Whatever happened to cause the site to default to the free forum caused the problem. I'll take care of it Oct 3rd when the ads i just bought today expire. I'll stop the auto renew that month and select the advance + ad free at that time. I Just want you guys to be aware that there is a problem. You can mark this as solved..Thanks..
