Storage space
I have the premium package with 2 gb of storage.
I need to store a file that is 110 mb to offer it as downloadable content to the users.
How can i do that? As i see i cannot use the attachment because i cannot upload a file bigger than 32 mb even if i have 2gb.

Re: Storage space
Yes sadly we have limits (32mb) to how much you can use at one time.
The file is way to big the only way you could do it it to google a tool to make your file smaller.
Or you a outside host >> https://www.mediafire.com/ that is what i do to save files that are big then link them in a post.

Re: Storage space
You could also use Google Drive then just have a link to your Google Drive.

Re: Storage space
Obviously i can store out of the forum and provide a link but it is easier to have it inside the forum also for security reason.
Why do you use this type of approach? You should provide a way to have a sort of uploader (without the use of attachments), like the image uploader but for the storage. It is a shame to have 2gb of space and it cannot be used to store files as downloadable content. I understand that if i put there a file of 1gb, it is too big, but 32 mb is very few

Re: Storage space
You could broken up the big file into smaller ones.

Re: Storage space
@Alenet you should not use more than one support forum for your problems
As this is already on some other forum https://aiuto.forumattivo.it/t20541-spazio-archiviazione and you have got a reply I will close this case on the English support.
Please DON'T use more than one support forum for the same problem.
