Locked out / Reset password for admins disabled

Hello,

I am trying to get to my forum https://vortexroleplay.forumotion.com/
the email I used to create the forum is link removed by skouliki

(note: this does NOT match up to this forum account, because I forgot the forums password associated with that email as well).

Anyways, title says it all. I forgot my password (it's been a while) and can't send myself a reset link because it's turned off in the control panel.
Is there anything we can do?

Now, I just have one more question if you have the time.
If I forgot my founders password, used to login at forumotion.com/utils is there any way I can reset that password too?
