Email Problems Again
This problem seems to be happening again. I've had people who are already members of one of my forums telling me they couldn't join another when they tried today because it says their email is invalid. Friends have tried creating forums and told their email is invalid and some that already have forums have told me that potential members there are having the issue. All with the same providers mentioned in the previous topic. This is kind of a huge problem since most people I know use those providers.

Hello @Zeta can you please PM me the Email addresses that are a problem it may be they are blocked again.
Most of the time our system will block Email addresses that have been used for spam a lot. this can be gave to us by a world wide system of spam Account's.

It's exactly like last time. I've been having my members test just like last time and we've got a more than a hundred affected users. I expect many more as more members see the topics and test the issue. It seems to be all emails from those same providers as last time, not just specific users. Sending you a list of every email affected on my forums, those I'm a staff member at, and those my friends run since they can't join here to make their own topics because of this issue are definitely going to exceed the forumotion character limit.
Worse yet, this is happening during one our forums' busy times of the year, as most holidays are due to special holiday roleplay events, and we're having to delay our Halloween rp events because many interested parties can't join to participate.

So is it the same 3 providers as last time (mail, gmx and yandex)? If so, I can go ahead and submit a ticket asking the team if they can unblock it again. If there are any other providers with the issue please let me know before I submit the ticket.

@SLGray, I dealt with his issue last time, it was an issue where certain providers got auto flagged by our spam system for high spam usage. All I need is the affected providers and then I put in a ticket for head office to deal with it. 
I also anticipate this will be a yearly issue, since the same email providers will just be flagged again since they apparently get used a lot by spammers.

Those are the only three I know of that are having problems. Those are the only three providers my members, my friends and myself are using so they're the only ones I can ask that they test. Thank you for helping with this again.@brandon_g wrote:Hello,

The ticket is now marked as In Progress this means our team have sent this to our tech team where they will look in to it and get back to brandon_g as soon as they get news.

What we could do is close this case but if it was to come back we can reopen it for you this can be done by sending a PM to any staff member.
