Lost password

Hello! I created this forum https://g-craftbulgaria.forumotion.eu/ one year ago and i forgot the password of my admin panel. When i click on forgot password it says "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security".
Can i have a new password on my email ? link deleted by skouliki
