Solved Tagging Members

Hey guys!

Can you help me figure out why I can't tag members on my forum? I checked my settings, and are set accordingly.

The Tagging did work on this forum.

How the Tag system works is this

Any name like mine Ape is done like this

any name with a space should be done like this @"Tom Thumb" this is the same with any name that has a special characters in the name like ( _ - +
