Description of problem
So I don't know why but our domain is acting strange. I checked from the founder account and saw that we still have 356 days to use our domain; hogwarts-rpg.com Bu when we enter the paid domain into the bar, it directs people to https://hogwarts-rpg.forummotion.com again. It's not a huge deal of course, if it's not affecting any other services in the forum; but it's still annoying to not be able get what we pay for.Is there a way to fix this? I waited for a day since we thought that it might be some dns or other issue but oh well, here we are.
Re: Domain is not available at the moment
If you have not renewed your Forumotion package, the domain stops being linked into your forum.
Renew the package and your domain will point back towards your forum again

Re: Domain is not available at the moment
Did you do a monthly or yearly payment for the package you have to use a domain name? Also have you renewed it?

Re: Domain is not available at the moment
My tools tell me that you are now on a FREE package on your forum.
If you want your domain name to work again you must have at least a advance package added to your forum account.
