I can't access the administrative panel

Description of problem

a while ago I had requested the restoration of all forum topics that I am an administrator, I did not have the correct support, nothing was restored I know you can restore, but it doesn’t do this because they follow rules and these rules harm many people and now that I get the position of founder that you both asked me to go to, I don’t have access to the administrative panel, I confess that one of the best support I’ve ever had was TCAdmin’s, that one goes over any support I’ve ever seen why do they work right

If you are logged in as the founder, you should see a link at the bottom of the forum that says Administration Panel? If the link is not visible, it could be that there is a code that is hiding it.

If you do not, add this to the last of the forum's link: /admin.

I did what I say and I got this message "You are not authorized to manage this forum"

Are you sure that you are using the founder's account or an account with access to the AP?

I don't know, I just know that I had access to the panel and now I don't have it anymore, I have the position of administrator in the forum but I don't have access to the forum panel

Do you see the link in the menu when you click the button on the top left corner? Also did you change anything right before this issue occurred? I asked because your profile says phpBB 3, but your forum is AwesomeBB.

Make sure your account was in G1 group https://your-site.com/g1- a non-admin account can't access to it

What is group g1?

Did you try this ?

Founders Username.
Email address you used to make the forum.

after what they did there i can't access the panel, i ask for a solution so i can become a founder since the owner disappeared from the map and only i am responsible for this crap forum i honestly already got bored with the support of forumotion

I can tell you that the founder's account has not been used since 2018. This means you are not using the account related the founder.

yes friend so i asked for the founding position because the owner of the forum disappeared a few years ago and there is only me in the middle of it all you tried to put me in that founding position more apparently i ended up without a founder and without access to the panel administrator, in the forum I appear as a g2 administrator but I cannot access the founder panel or administrator

The founder's account was changed not too long ago. Did you not receive an email with a new password?

The founders account was updated by our team back in 15/12/2020 A news founder was added.
the new account was never updated or logged in. The founder account was last logged in back in 12-04-2018.

when the account was changed to a new founder No one logged in to the account so this may have removed all staff members from the Admin page.

If you send me the Email address used for the founders account I can then send a new password to the email address. This is the only way to get you back in the Admin page of your forum.

Please NOTE you must PM me the Email address used and the founders username.
