Lost Admin password to edit forum

hello. i am looking to help about my lost admin password what i cant chance cos of security reasons. and i am looking to have new password to my admin account.
last info i remember from it was it is Removed email and password.

The URL of your forum: https://umbrasidus.palstani.com/
The email of foundation: (Removed)
A new e-mail address to be used as a foundation email: Removed

so i am looking to get reset for reset my admin password and its email to new one.
Last password what i remeber is Removed
