I can't log in to the admin panel

I am the founder and admin of the Cascade forum

I have a problem logging in to the admin panel of my forum, since I didn't use my forum and over time I forgot my login password. When I wanted to enter the admin panel, I was notified that it was set up that way.
Please if you can help me to be able to use the Admin panel on my forum, ie to solve the password problem. Please note that my Google Chrome browser did not remember my password, which makes it even more impossible for me to access the panel on my forum.
