I had deleted my forum about a month ago. I want to restore it. I am unable to sign in with my credentials.

So you restored the forum, but now can not log into the forum?

When you restore a forum after deleting it, the login information is restored to the day you created it.
The topic was posted in the wrong section, so I have moved it to the correct section.
