Can't create forum - (email) belongs to existing account

Hi,


I tried to create a forum but I get the message: Sorry, it looks like (email) belongs to an existing account.

I try creating a new email on the same email domain and i get the same error message.

How can I create my forum?

Hello,

From memory, this error is also returned in the case of an e-mail provider banned from our service. If you are using an email address that is not allowed to be emailed, you will get this error.

What is the e-mail provider for your email here?

Maybe can you better use a Outlook or Gmail email address , i think that your private email address not working on our service.

Sadly that address is not known to our system so it blocks it.
You should always use more common Email hosts like Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, live and Yahoo,

The problem is our system bans hosts that not always used world wide. We also get a list of black listed Email addresses that we have no control over this is added to keep our systems safe.
