Can't log in....

I'm unable to log in to my forum. I've not had a problem all day. I just added a "seamless" music player a few moments ago and that's when the problem started.

What can I do?

My forum will come up when I type in the URL address. But when I click on the "log in" on my forum, it tells me the following....

Log into the AP and remove the player.

Yeah, I want to remove the player but I can't. I can't log in to my forum to begin with.
