Can not log in

Description of problem

When I try to log in I get the text "Sorry but you password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator to obtain more information."

The problem is that there is no way to contact anybody without logging in. Can you help me?

Wait a minute!  Are you just a member of the forum or the founder?  We can only help the person (founder) who created the forum with login issues.

@Ape the topic starter posted he/she was a member, not the founder.

If there is no way to contact the staff of that forum maybe you can make a new test account registration in order for you to be able to contact them

@robertfo Thank you for your PM please note we can not help you with banned account's on forums we host!
the founder / owner / Admin of that forum has the right to Delete, Deactivate, Ban anyone they so wish as it is their own forum we just host the platform.

As you are not the founder we can not help in this case my advice is just move on and find a forum worth being a member on.

If your account has been deactivated then this maybe down to the owner not seeing your active on the forum or you broke a rule of theirs.

Sadly I can't help you on this matter.
