Could we have a setting where moderators and selected groups and maybe member if the Admin of the forum agrees, a part where if you write the same PM over and over again, the user could save that PM and just select it from a drop down list when they need to send it again. It would be very useful when you send warnings a lot of the time, the Admin of the forum will obviously have to agree to this setting.

You could just copy it into either and admin only forum or into a document.
