How come newer members are having an issuing signing up for my forum?

So I haven't been on my forum in a while and just came back, and I've never had this problem before but now whenever someone new joins, it's telling them that I need to approve their accounts. I'm wondering how do I stop this feature so that when they sign up for my forum, they can automatically enter it?

Here's an example of what they are seeing

now in the meantime you can go here and activate any account you see
