Buying remove ads and changing forum name

Description of problem

I have a feeling I am in the wrong spot for this, but I have two questions.

1. Can I buy just the ad removal or do I need to buy a package to do that.

2. Is it possible to change the name of my forum from what it is to something else, or do I need to create a whole new forum?

2. My forums name is marvelousartworks because we were a graphics forum. We have changed that and are no longer a graphics forum and just going to a Chat and Games forum. So I don't want the artworks at the end of my forums name. I want something like marvelouschatters. Can the name marvelousartworks be changed to another name like marvelouschatters? Or... do I need to delete this forum and create a new forum?
