Description of problem

Good afternoon, i am having some trouble with my website.
When going to administrator table this message comes out.


What can i do? Our forum hosts animes and hentai for over 10 years, can't i fix it without losing any data?
I didn't know where to write my problem that's why i wrote it here. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You have to remove all the violations of the Terms of Service.

Since you opened already a topic here please do not send similar pms

This means that someone made an official report for sexual content in your forum
Our company saw the report and decided that you have violate our Terms of service
Go to admin panel .. general., reports and check if you see any reports with link

You also need to understand that this is not a report an abuse report, but a ligiiation report.

Hello again and thanks for your answer but unfortunately nothing changed. I deleted everything from the site that could be suspicious only the rules and minor "Solved problems" section I left and still the countdown is there. I searched for a reported link or so but nothing is there. I don't know if I am not searching well can you send me a screenshot to where i can find the reported link or image or something? I don't understand what else can I do. Do you have any suggestions?

This was a litigation report directly to our head office we have no information or power to know something about it
When the deadline is over the legal team will review your forum 
If the sexual content is deleted then the notice will be removed and everything will be ok

Ok I understood how it works, this will also be an issue if we have premium website? I mean ok I know the rules and stuff but about reporting I am asking.

It does not matter which package you have.  If you violate the Terms of Service, your forum will be ban.

Even if you removed all the prohibited content, please note that the countdown will not disappear until its end.
It will only be removed after a new verification made by the head office.

If you have removed sexual content from your forum so don't worry.
If you have any doubt, please read again the Forumotion terms of service

Hello again, thank you for your help and info, the countdown finished and my forum is still ok. So i believe i found the reason for this violation of terms and policy so we will be fine. Thanks again for your patience and time.
Problem is solved for me.

Please keep on top of your forum making sure you always stick to the rules and TOS then you will not have a problem again.
