Suddenly all the post message have <p> (Contents) </p>

Just as the title said. Suddenly, all the message and post in forum has

Code:

 <p></p>

this appear everytime new post or reply.
Example:
Before

Code:

This is a mess

=> Now

Code:

<p>This is a mess</p>

Any idea how can I fix this?

You need to include html codes in your messages.

AP - General - Messages and emails - Configuration - Allow HTML : Yes - Save

You also need to make changes in the profile of registered users

Profile - Preferences - Always allow HTML : Yes - Save

Also in the message settings there should be no checkmark in the "Disable HTML in this post"
