Solved Lost Password and username

I hope I can explain everything in a good way. I have a forum but I can't remember the username that I use to have, I'd have tried all names I can remember but none seems to work, also everytime that I tried to recover the password it saids that my email doesn't match with the account, so I don't know what can I do to recover my forum.
Can someone please bring me some help?
