Having problems login into the Servimg uploader

Description of problem

I gave my forum Admin a new email address to use, I have received a notice from Servimg that I can use the new email, I tried to reset the password to get into it but, the password Servimg sends me does not work, I have tried multiple times to reset the password so I can get into my account there and nothing works.

So you give a new email to an admin, but you can not log into your Servimg account?

Yes, I am unable to log into my account at Servimg.

But you're receiving the new password in an email?

They have given me a password to get in and when I use it it says its an invalid password, so I tried to reset the password and another email with a password to use and same thing its invalid.

When you create an account on a forum, an account for Servimg is also created.  So does your forum's account and Servimg have the same email address?

Yes, both forum and Servimg have the same email address, only password does not work in Servimg, the password to get into the forum does work.

So after entering the email address and password, you get an error message?  If yes, what does the message say?

can you please clear your browser cookies/cache and retry
that usually helps fix issues caused by outdated browsing data

I have cleared out the cookies and still the same

Try manually entering the password, not copy and paste it.

I never copy the password in, I only type it in.

If you change the password or Email address on your Admin control panel you will need to do this on Servimg as well. Your account's are linked when your account is made on your forum for the first time.

If you logged in to Servimg and changed your Email address and then can't get in to your Servimg account you will need to send a staff member the following info by PM only

Your old Email address you used to make the forum with.
New Email address.
User name on your forum linked to that account.
URL of your your forum.

A staff member will them make a ticket on our system to our head office for you and try and fix your problem.

Please note some reset links only work for 24hrs.

To whom do I pm the info to- the staff at the group I am in or the staff at the forum help here?

okay I need to be 100% clear on the problem.

So why did you give your admin a new Email address to Servimg ?

I mean every member on your forum has their own account when you make a new forum account no matter if your a member or the founder I need to understand what you was trying to do.

Was it the Admin on your forum had changed their Email address and you was trying to change the address for them?

If so the member only had to log in to Servimg them self and change the Email address them self you never had to do this for them.

I am really lost to what you was trying to do here.

I am only a member in the group. My pc died in August, had to buy a new one. I used my daughters to get into the forum but servimg would not let me so I gave the admin my other email, the email I use to create this account with would not accept it either, so the admin changed it to my new email, but the pw was the same to get into the group but servimg would not let me into the servimg account with new email and old pw. So Servimg gave me a new pw in the new email and it did not work. I have had this new pc for almost 2 weeks now.

I cant get into servimg with the new email. I will need a pw that will allow me to get into both the account here and at servimg.

Maybe it would be helpful for the administrator to exactly came here and describe the situation.

When you got the new Email with the new password did you copy and paste it or did you type it in as it was on the Email?

The reason i ask this is because sometimes when you copy and paste the password the system will add a space in the code so you should always type it in and not copy and paste.

My advice is to go to https://servimg.com/ then add your Email address and then try again with a new password your self there is no need to ask your Admin to do this you can do this all your self.

I used the new email and typed in the pw that Servimg gave me in the email and does not work. I even tried the old pw I had with them and does not work.

Yes, I am.

The founder of a forum can not change the email of a member's account for Servimg.  They can only changed their own account.  The email you got does it exactly say Servimg?

Also what devices and browsers have you tried?

Yes, the email came from Servimg. The browser I use is Slimjet, I do not use edge.

I will tag @The Godfather and @Luzz maybe they can help you as we have no power tools to fix Servimg and as it's not a forum problem or a founders problem we can't really help you but they can.
