Solved Take Over a Forum

Hi,

I am the Chairman of an owners club and we have a Forum ran by yourselves FBOC.forumotion.com and our website is Link Removed which I administer. The forum was administered by one of our members who no longer wishes to do it or is replying to any emails to handover control to me. Can you please advise how I can take control of the forum? Any help would be appreciated.
