Other method of obtaining Credits?

It's been almost 3 weeks since I tried to buy credits for my website and neither PayPal or Skrill is allowing me to make any purchases with my card and before anyone says it's a issue with my card it isnt they just took out $1.90 from a subscription I have and I don't know what else to do to get credits for my websites.

If they will not let you pay by them you will need to contact paypal. Sadly we have no power over them we only use them as a way to pay.

My suggest is that you contact the service of administration of card credit, and cancel the buy. This is, if the alternative suggested by Ape doesn't work. Here in Brazil, to cancel an unrecognized purchase, we need to open a 'police report' at the local police and present the company that manages the card. Contact the support team that manages your card and try to cancel or recover the amount paid.

However, if you made the purchase (taking into account that the process was completed), you can try to send the data (proof of payment) by private message to @Luzz. I don't know if this is correct this (to speak with Luzz) , but the ideal is to wait 24 hours after the payment has been made, for the bank to compensate the amount.

Hi @Shek the member wants to buy credits for the forum not they have already paid for the credits.

That have gave paypal a go and CAN'T use it for some reason.

Sadly its answered and their website (Paypal) isn't helping much either it really sucks rn because it worked a week prior before it all started this and my company for the card is crap with everything because its prepaid.

Just one question: have not you changed your credit card recently ? I mean maybe Paypal still has your old one if you did.

If you have a new account or reactivating an old one, paypal has this new rule to wait for 21 days until they are sure it is you. I am unsure if that can be the issue with your account. When I had issue with my VISA card, I contacted them and they called me very same day to resolve the issue and it was very helpful. Give it a go. They are very good at customer supp.
