Page loading error/problem (iPhone 13)

Dear Support

I am contacting you with a problem that there is a user whose page does not load properly. We thought her phone would receive an update that would fix it, but it didn't.
Her phone is an iPhone 13, the Safari browser is on it, but she tried to view it from another browser as well.

And this is what her forum looks like:




She deleted the cookies, tried to use a different browser, but to no avail.

I also checked, the site works normally on my Ipone tablet.

Hello this problem is conmen using a mobile phone. sometimes the browser will show everything as out of line, This is why we have the basic layout in the forum as mobile or web view.

With phones the view on screen is a lot smaller so your site tries to adjust it as best as it can. Your site is heavily modified so it would be hard to make it look good on a mobile screen.

The other forum I manage: https://mirage-mirror.hungarianforum.com has a similarly prepared appearance and the user has no problem with it, it loads nicely.

Does the user have any additional extensions? If yes - have them temporarily disabled.

Does the user use the website tinting feature? If yes, disable it (Settings - Safari and turn off the Enable Web Tinting toggle switch).

P.S. I don't know what caused this, but this week a lot of users who are using iPhone 13 are complaining about websites not displaying correctly or not having built-in features on the site. Perhaps there are software issues.
