Editing the standard profile

How do you edit the standard profile on ACP?

e.g. I done want the Birthday field in the profiles

To edit user profile fields:
Administration Panel > General > Profiles (left column). The only field that relates to birthdays is 'Force users to submit a birthday', which you can make sure is disabled.

Once you have disabled that feature, go to Users & Groups (along the top) and click on User Settings (left column). You will find a section called 'Birthdays' where you can disable further birthday features. I don't know if disabling these features will prevent the 'birthday' field from showing up in the user profiles. But at least nothing will be shown throughout the forums.
