Thank you for changing the title.

You can't import this skin at once. If you want it, you'd have to manually copy the images over in the admin panel (Styles / List of Pictures) and apply the colors yourself (Styles / Colors). Importing a theme works only for files in .bbtheme format.

You can also have a look at hitskin.com, where many themes are available for your board.
