Problem about picture

Please forgive me because I'm very bad at English
I have a problem .
Ex:

A half is invisible
It's very difficult to post comic in my forum
I think it's the problem about css . Can you help me !

do you mean that you can't see ALL of the picture?
If that's what you're asking then that's easy to solve
Size down the image(make it a smaller size)and you will be able to see ALL of the picture.
If the picture is a BMP it is huge
JPG and GIF is smaller and would show more of the picture too.
IF what you're saying is that you can't see all of your picture.
