Removing html errors
Hello Everybody,
I need your help. I wanted to see what I could do in the "manage the back up" option. I arrived on the editboard and I tried:
Now I've got the html showing on my main page. Pleeease somebody tell me how to undo this.
If somebody could post the appropriate text in French that might help too. The English one just doesn't make any sence

Remove HTML errors
Remove the errors of code on : Website title and description
By using this tools, HTML code will become apparent on your forum.
It will have then to be published on your Administration Panel to correct HTML errors.

Re: Removing html errors
Ok. I've made the html disappear.
Only one more question I couldn't solve so far.
When somebody sends an e-mail via the forum this is what it looks like:
I don't see why the html code shows.
I have the same problem with google.
When I search for budapest forum this is what google finds:
Any ideas how I could get rid of these html codes?
Thanks,
Alice

Re: Removing html errors
Thank you Katt. That was really nice of you. Merci.
Actually I did manage to make the HTML disappear.
Redfurrrymonster, as I had the HTML appearing in my Website title and description, I had to go to Administration panel -> General Admin -> Configuration. I corrected the HTML in site name and site description and that was it.

Re: Removing html errors
Good evening
If your problem is solved, this topic will be moved to the Garbage section, because of the title that is not explicit. You can change it by editing the first post. Having explicit titles will help new members in their search.
It would be weird to moderate a moderator!
Good night to you!
