So Just Today I Was Appointed As A Second Admin But None of My Admin Controls Are Showing Up. i Can't Lock Or Ban Or Anything Along Those Lines I Don't Understand Why !? Please Help.

make sure you have admin permissions ( not only admin rank , and make sure you r in the admin group)
