Bought a domain...now where is it? Empty Bought a domain...now where is it?

There has been more than a week since I bought a domain using points. I received an email that it will be available in a few days or hours but I waited long enough! Please tell me who to contact about this...

Have you recieved a confirmation email meanwhile? What does it say is your current adress in your admin panel in "Misc / Spend Points / Domain name"?

If you have spend the points (Check in "Misc / Credits Management / History") and not yet recieved the domain name, please write a private message to Typlo, who is in charge of these kind of requests. Note that he won't be back until mondays. Use an explicit title for your message, describe your problem as detailed as possible and provide your forum url (the one you ordered and your forumotion board url).

The only email I received was that the domain will be available soon,nothing else,no confirmation...In history, it says Customized domain name booking under "action done", also -1600 under "number of credits"! Now should I send a pm to typlo?

It takes a couple of days for them to process it please just be patient.

did you try to login with your domail name??
i mean try to tipe in the domain you chosen and check maybe its available now
