Admin Colored Names Empty Admin Colored Names

how do i change the color of the Admins names, like under group andmins i set color to green, and i set it to color them but in my chatbox they arnt green, in post their white and i need help

Users and Groups
User Settings
Set "Colorized Usernames" to Yes.
