Portal Like Forumotion's

how do i get a Portal Like Forumotion's? Where the 2nd column stretches out all the way to the left?

It's very nice and i want it too!

What you do is go to Portal Management

and set the collums with

example

column 1 set at 15 collum 2 set at 75 collum 3 set at 0

where is that specific setting at?
