missing option

where is the option to move the forum title and and text below across gone too? i cant find it

where is the option to move the FORUM TITLES & TEXTS gone i cant be anymore cleaner.

If you want to move it up or down, the Forum management section?

Have you done.
admin panel > general > catagories and forums.

( now in a collumn on the left)
if only catagorie show click small + sign by each one to show forums.
Not suer if that helps you may already have done that.

i know that but i don't want to move it up or down i want to move it side ways.

This option "Image cell's width" is located in "General / Forum / Configuration".
