Role play game, please help!

I do not have a clue where to start with this, but what I want is to display cash on each user like this image shows:



Can anybody tell me what I have to do to set this up on my forums? Thank you so much if you can help!

To answer you,I want to know what do you mean ''cash'' and how you think it work.

You can see your cash under you post count in topics or in your profile. You receive 2 cash for every reply you make and 5 cash for every new topic. Spamming, disobeying rules, double posting, being rude to other members and PM advertising could result in you losing some cash as punishment.

Cash can be spent on features that I will put into the forums.

This is not real cash, this is forum cash!

since you want it to automaticaly increase from each post why dont you just make a cash rank? just make a simple text that instead of rank, each post done will cost gold increase or stuff like that

But I have no clue what so ever how to do it? I am complete new at this roleplay game, I do not understand what to click or write? I need some kind of walkthrough lol

I dont understand this at all as it is in another language in the admin console and not english!!!
