How do you load the login page instead of the index.html page automatically

For example, you have the following forum at,

http://xyz.bigforumpro.com

When people type in that URL, it will load the http://xyz.bigforumpro.com/index.html which will show many partial contents the recent posts, and I don't want those posts shown unless they are registered members.

Instead I want the login screen loaded automatically, that is, the URL http://xyz.bigforumpro.com/login.forum?connexion being loaded instead.

How do I do that in my Admin Panel? I tried but I still can't figure it out.

I think you need to go into special permissions and set it so that only members cam view the forum and portal, then it should automatically load the log in page.
