they will not give you the backup. They reserve the right to give it to you. That means that they can or cannot give itto you. and in past cases they do not give it to you.

Double posting is not allowed.
You must have had some illegal stuff on your forum and just because they give you an limited amount of time, that does not mean you can take advantage of it and ask for more time. You should have respected forumotions rules in the first place.
