Colors of groups doesnt work

On my forum the color of the group doesnt work, when a mod posts their name isnt colored.
what do i do?

Make sure you have colorized usernames enabled.

Yes. Also go to:

Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Users options (left hand column) > Colorize usernames: > Yes > Save
